Jacked this idea from a different site and thought it was an interesting exercise.

(This seemed like a good place to drop this, but feel free to move this to a different section if needed.)

Here how it works:
  1. Spin the wheel of current NBA players (link below) Whoever comes up is the player you have to try and beat.
  2. Proceed to spin the wheel. For each new player that comes up, you can use one attribute of their game. (ex. IQ for LeBron, Size/Build for Kawhi, etc.)
  3. You can only use one attribute from each player, and once you assign that attribute it can't be changed.
  4. The goal is just to make a player who is better, they don't necessarily have to be at the same position.
  5. Please provide your reasons as to why this player is better or worse. Some of the results can be pretty funny.

Here's the format:

Player to beat:

Size/Build:
Athleticism:
Finishing:
Shooting:
Handles:
Playmaking:
Rebounding:
Perimeter D:
Interior D:
Clutch:
IQ:

Check my post below.

Player to beat: Draymond Green

Size/Build: Shake Milton 6'5" 205
Athleticism: Jaylen Brown
Finishing: Embiid
Shooting: Nickeil Alexander-Walker
Handles: James Wiseman
Playmaking: Lonnie Walker IV
Rebounding: Jordan Nwora
Perimeter D: DeAndre Hunter
Interior D: Nerlens Noel
Clutch: Kemba Walker
IQ: Markieff Morris

This player most definitely is not better than Draymond. Hilariously it is basically a more playable version of Okoro: an athletic high-end defender who can kind of shoot but lacks any other offense skill :chuckle:. Wiseman came up and the only openings left were shooting, handles, playmaking, and IQ.

Ive spun the wheel and got Tyrese Martin. Who the fuck is that?

Second try was Tari Eason. Huh! Perfect. Time to sink that island.

Size/Build: Kristaps Porzingis
Athleticism: Dennis Smith Jr (pre injury allowed?)
Finishing: Zeke Nnaji
Shooting: Duncan Robinson
Handles: James Harden
Playmaking: Theo Maledon
Rebounding: Theo Pinson
Perimeter D: Dyson Daniels
Interior D: Jaxon Hayes
Clutch: Nick Stauskas
IQ: Khris Middleton

Man. That Pinson, Maledon, Stauskas quartet really butchered the end for me.

Anyway, this player would be an 7'3 unicorn insane scorer and defender who's not able to playmake, rebound and is very suspect at the end of games. A discount Webmanyama basically haha.

He would be better than Tari for the simple fact that he can dribble with his left hand :chuckle:

Fun stuff, thanks for sharing!
