Got it for Christmas and played it hammered on New Years. Pretty great.

Ive never played but i read about the game. Sounded like a rated R version of apples to apples to me.

It's basically a rated R apples to apples, as dano said. Has some "raunchier" cards and more intellectual cards, so playing with kids/dumb ass people who don't know who Condoleezza Rice is, it won't be fun. It was a fun party game, worth a try, but pretty much as any game, you will get tired of it after a while.
