Latest recap up on the front page. Enjoy. Well, that's probably not the right word.

Cavaliers get beat up on by San Antonio, lose 126-96

Not too long ago, the Cavaliers lost to the Pacers on the road on the second half of a back to back; it wasn’t pretty, but the Cavs worked hard, and I attempted to explain that, well, sometimes, that happens. Young teams lose to good teams on the road, and while it’s not ideal, it’s probably acceptable.

This stretch of play by the Cavaliers has not been acceptable. I’m not sure how many 20+ point deficits that I have to see from the Cavs this year, but I’d sure like to see less than I’m currently seeing. The Cavs were down 40 at one point, and Matt Bonner created a three on a drive and kick. Because this season sucks so far.

The Spurs shot 16-24 from three. Now, normally this is the part of the recap where I treat this kind of night as an outlier. However, this continues to happen to the Cavs because, believe it or not, when you let NBA players shoot tons and tons of three pointers wide open, they hit a whole lot of them.
