Chatbar Upgrade

The chatbar has been upgraded to a new beta version. The key features are:

Ability to minimize the bar
Chatrooms can now be "popped" out.
Not as server intensive.

New additions to the bar will soon follow. Stay tuned to this thread for future updates.
