There is a great deal of luck in playing fantasy sports, but the person who does their home work and makes smart decisions is the one who is the most successfull over the course of several seasons. With that in mind, I'm about to reveal to you the best sites I've found to aid you in doing research. If you know of a great site, I would appreciate it if you would add the link to this thread.

Players reports
If you're serious about fantasy football and you have the time, Fanball's Newsbreakers are a must read every morning. If you register for an account (which is free), you can have them emailed to you daily. ProFantasySports.com is probably my favorite fantasy football website overall, and their player reports page is pretty good (although a step down from fanball's Newsbreakers, IMO):

Waiver Wire
ProFantasySports.com is a great site, and if you have time it's worth while to check their frontpage daily and read whatever articles are of interest. One of their best articles is the weekly Waiver Wire report, which comes out tuesday morning and tells you who you should consider picking up that week. This can be a life saver if you're having issues with injuries or players underperforming. This article is especially a must read if you don't have much time for fantasy football and don't go through fanball's newsbreakers every day (listed above). At a minimum, your fantasy football home work should include reading the waiver wire report every week. FFtoolbox (also a solid, free fantasy football site) has a similar weekly waiver wire report.

Injuries
Injuries are always a concern in fantasy sports, and the two sites below are the ones I like the best. However, I've found that since I've started reading Fanball's Newsbreakers that the injuries by date link is pretty much obsolete. I still use the injuries by team link regularly though.
Injuries by date: http://fantasy.sportingnews.com/nfl/injuries/
Injuries by Team: http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/injuries

Who to start?
Trying to decide between two or more players who you should start this week? The following links will help you decide. FFtoolbox updates their cheat sheets weekly, and is pretty much self explanatory. ProFantasySports has a weekly column "Start 'Em Bench 'Em", as well articles like "Week 3 Quartback Cheat sheet" which is self explanatory. The third link summarizes all of PFS's weekly cheat sheet articles into table format.

Depth Charts
NFL.com has the best depth charts that I've found, although you have to be careful here because they are often not up to date.

And that's it! My secrets are revealed! Do your homework, and you will have an edge over the rest.

Anyone have any other good links to share?
