I haven’t taken any classes on this, because I’m not sure what’s out there is necessary and I don’t trust they aren’t scams in the first place…

But I’ve built up quite a lot of experience in what’s being described as “AI prompt engineering” and write about the topic professionally and for fun. I use it daily.

This week I put together a summary of everything that’s happened in AI this past year including in the areas that you mention and it was eye-opening.

Since you mentioned coding. Use AI instead of google search for programming questions.

ChatGPT Pro is really good.
the new Google Bard seems to be as well. I've only used this for a couple of things since it's new.

Both work way better than google search because it's hard to restrict search results to specific versions of things.

I haven't tried any of the IDEs with built in AI.
