they could still beat OU this week and get back into it...

I just dont think they are that good of a team... I dont think OU is all that great this year w/o Bradford or the TE either but thats another story

Miami is a nice team and is headed in the right direction and I like watching them... but Im not sold on them as the best team in the nation

and Jacorey Harris is a weird kid

yessssss. Well, OU is still a solid team without Bradford/Gresham, but not in the top 10.

And here come the Miami fanboys, woah dudes barely edging out an OU team missing it's two best offensive players (one of which is the best player in the county at his position, the other is top 3 at his position), OH SIK DA U IS BACK!!!!!

oh not to mention it was at home too:rolleyes:

edit: oh and there is absolutely zero chance they are the best team in the nation, lol
 
Is Miami better than they have been since Coker was playing with Butch's recruits? Yes.

But lets look at their season: They have beaten a very average FSU team, a decent Ga Tech team, and a decent Bradford-less Oklahoma team. All in Primetime on national TV.

They also got handled by VPI, in a game noone saw, other than in Virginia and Florida.

If the Ga Tech game is a regional game and everyone saw VPI embarrass Miami, are they still this highly ranked?
 
I don't think this season is about the BCS championship or any of that for Miami it's about putting miami back on the map and IMO they are doing just that.
 
Was that the best the Canes could muster? Wow. I thought they were on the rise. Can't wait till they come to Ohio Stadium next year. WILL be there.
 
Does dirrrrrrty mean great or horrible.

I thought that those uniforms they came out in were horrendous looking.
