Well, no one's biting, but I'll just point this out. Snow & Wesley a combined 1-7 for a total of 2 points. Shannon Brown had more points than them combined in 5 minutes. Awesome.

Damon Jones 1-6 from three, a total of 5 points. Awesome.

For heaven's sake at least play the rooks with Lebron and Hughes to see what they can do. It's preseason nothing to lose right now

It is preseason and it looks to me they are experimenting. In this game we threw up a whopping 23 treys and missed most of them. That is last years game plan not this years. As I recall Damon sucked at three pointers in the preseason last year, and then was on fire in the first half last year.

I for one am pretty much done with preseasonand anxious to play a real game.

Brown did yank the starters after the 3rd. The ABJ article said it was Brown, Gibson, AV, Dwayne Jones and Sasha out there.

Z was doing what he wanted inside and we had a comfortable lead until he smashed knees and left the game. He came back in for a couple minutes then he shut it down since it was a pre-season game...he had 11 in 11 minutes. I hear it didn't swell up and he'll be ready for the game against the Mavs. The third string was out there most of the 4th quarter when the game was lost.
I agree with Cleverocks, the number of 3's we hoisted was discouraging. I hated it last year when we lived and died by the 3-ball. We have too many weapons to settle for that type of offense.

I missed the game yesterday.

I was curious as to how MB played Gibson and Brown.

From the Boxscore it looked like Gibson got ten minutes and 33 seconds and Brown played for 5 minutes and 32 seconds. It doesn't look like either played that great.

I read this at Ohio.com:

"In the final five minutes of a tight game, Brown fielded this lineup: Sasha Pavlovic, Anderson Varejao (13 rebounds), Dwayne Jones and rookies Shannon Brown and Daniel Gibson."

If anyone was listening closely did Gibson or Brown get much time with Larry and LBJ at any point in the game?
