Sad news. I saw the interview with him where he already had Alzheimer’s and couldn’t remember any of the past football moments. Both my father and stepfather had it and it’s awful.
I was a Browns season ticket holder during his tenure as head coach. A lot of great memories and some frustrations of course, but an enjoyable time overall for Browns fans. Best coach since Blanton Collier (TBD if Stefanski will be better).

I'm going to be 39 here soon.......so Marty was kind of this blurry figure in my childhood, as I cheered for the Browns.
As figures from my childhood start to pass, it is always a reminder to enjoy the ride. Just soak it all up.
In general, it is just so sad to see anyone go through something terrible like Alzheimer’s. Hoping we see a cure soon.

I've seen several announcements on Twitter on his passing. For some reason I get an irrational anger when they use a picture of him in Chiefs or Chargers gear.
