Okay, in one of my head to head leagues, I was offered Chris Paul for Kobe Bryant straight up. It's a 20 team league just to paint the picture on how deep you have to dig to fill out your rosters.

Should I make it? I could really use the bump in assists and fg%. I don't usually win the 3 pt category anyway.

Chris Paul has been amazing this year, but you're talking about Kobe Bryant here. I'd try to recounter the deal and see if you can get a little more without giving up so much.. Just me, but it's pretty damn close to a fair deal. Kobe is just to good to give up, IMO.

I did a trade, actually for Kobe Bryant and Carmelo in a league I am in. I traded D-Wade, G.Wallace, and Chris Bosh for Bryant and Melo. Was a good deal for me, I also have Allen Iverson and Ray Allen. I never lose in scoring.

I think it's about time I blow up this team a little, so I decided to go ahead with the trade. I then offered Ron Artest and Perkins for AK-47 to someone else. I'm hoping he agrees to the trade, he could use the boost in scoring. I was trying to be conservative, just using the FA list to boost my team in stats I need, but I seem to be stuck around .500 right now. I need to make a few more smaller deals to solidify my lineup. We'll see how it goes.

If the Kobe/CP3 trade doesn't get protested, my lineup is going to look like this for the time being.

PG - CP3
SG - Mo Pete
G - House
G - Posey
SF - Artest
PF - Al Jefferson
F - Childress
F - Varejao
C - Perkins
C - Nazr Mohammed
BN - ??? Debating because right now I have Brevin Knight and Kobe. Gonna need to make up on points and 3 pointers.

uh no? Kobe is the best offensive player in the league.

Wow.. Actually, you shouldn't make the deal. You have Big Al, which is nice, but what the hell are you doing with Nazr Mohammed and Mo Peterson? They are doing nothing.. You shouldn't deal Kobe, you need offense.

I needed another Center. Nazr is a good source of rebounds and blocks, which is the only reason I have him.

And like I said, the trade is already made. I've also just picked up Peja off the waivers, so Mo Pete is going in my next package trade.

But I did get an interesting proposal today.

Ron Artest/Al Jefferson for Marion and Craig Smith.

As much as I'd like Marion, I think I'd be giving up too much for him. Your thoughts?

Yeah maybe, but it's not like Ron Artest is lighting it up. Al Jefferson is all Minny's got, so I'd really try to hold onto him at all cost. I like the deal, but try to work something in and get another player. Well, thats what I would do.
