I'm able to add rep power to postings, but can't seem to provide a "thanks". Any thoughts? Am I just blind and missing the icon?

You need one more post to thank someone.

You need 25 or 50 posts to be able to thank someone. Keep making quality posts and your thanks button will appear.

No, once you get to 25 you can thank all you want.
