The Titans enjoyed a couple extra days of rest this week after crushing the Lions on Thanksgiving Day. Today, the Titans (11-1) battled the visiting Browns (4-8). The Browns are without TE Kellen Winslow and are starting their third-string QB Ken Dorsey since Quinn and Anderson are injured for the season.

Tennessee carried out the basic game plan that has made them successful all season long. The Titans focus mainly on the run, but also mixed in many aggressive throws. They have established their offense as a dual threat on the ground and through the air. This game was no exception as the Browns allowed many yards in both of these areas.

Chris Johnson and LenDale White both rushed for over 100 yards. Johnson now has over 1,000 rushing yards this season. Kerry Collins had 155 yards with two TDs and two interceptions. The Total Net Yards was 390.

Although the Browns started the game out 6-0 with two field goals, once the Titans took the lead after a touchdown, they didn't give the lead back.

Meanwhile, the Titans defense had another strong game. They allowed no TDs, only three field goals. Michael Griffin had one interception. David Thorton had one forced fumble. Dave Ball had the team's only sack of the day. Ball has been making big plays in the limited time he has been playing this season.

Overall, the Titans looked great again, granted, it was a hurting team in the Browns, but Tennessee carried out their plan effectively. The final score was 28-9. Tennessee?s offensive line has not been given the attention they deserve this season. They are led by veteran Kevin Mawae.

The line has given up the least amount of sacks in the entire NFL while also opening big holes for the running backs to run through.

Next week should be another easy win as the Titans face the Texans. However, the Texans should not automatically be counted out. They always seem to give Tennessee a run for their money. The Titans have clinched the AFC South with their win today.

They have moved to an impressive 12-1. The Browns fall to 4-9 with their loss.
