Can someone explain why anyone is picking up Mercedes Lewis? I used to be an avid Jags fan, and the guy has always been garbage. Did he suddenly learn how to catch a ball or something?

Someone is my league dropped C.J. Spiller... Think he would be a good pickup for later down the road?

i think he would be a good pickup depending on who you are going to drop. Somebody in my league offered me spiller / stephen jackson for jones-drew / jamaal charles and I declined. But I think he would be a good pickup.

Buffalo is a clusterfuck on offense, but if they move Marshawn Lynch, the cloud will lift a little. I'd still pass for now on Spiller unless your league is over 10 teams.

It's a 12 team league.. Was planning on dropping Reggie Bush but for whatever reason I still have him stashed in my roster.

I've been hearing that Lynch may be in a similar position as Vincent Jackson - there are teams interested, but the Bills aren't going to give him away, and it doesn't appear likely that someone will meet their asking price. Spiller obviously has a lot of upside, but I'm not ready to roster him until he proves he's going to get consistent touches.

Interesting situation here looking for some second opinions...

I have Donald Brown, C.J. Spiller and now BenJarvus Green-Ellis as reserve/sleeper running backs on my bench.

Someone in my league dropped Felix Jones, but I feel like he is going to pick it up soon. I am thinking about dropping one of those 3 to pick him up but I'm going back and forth on if I should even give him a shot. And if I do, who do I drop?

Drop Donald Brown - he has the least upside of the 3 names you mentioned. It's only a matter of time before Buffalo starts getting Spiller more touches (dude housed a kickoff last week). Brown, on a good week, will get you 35 yards and a score. The Giants game he got 16 carries and ran for 69 yards and a touch. He got 7 carries for 12 yards last week and didn't see the ball at all in week one. He'll never be a reliable starter for your team, while the other 3 guys could be later in the season.

You should definitely pick up Felix Jones for the long-term help. Donald Brown and BJ G-E are both low-ceiling players in my opinion, but CJ Spiller is a third stringer on one of the worst teams in the NFL. I'd cut Spiller, but nobody would blame you for axing one of the others.

Drop C.J. Spiller for Ryan Torain? Portis looks done and so does Buffalo's offense whether Spiller gets carries or not

My qbs are Vick and matt schaub. I have been thinking about picking up orton or sanchez. Ortob plays the ravens. Schaub hasn't done shot all year and Vick maybe out this week. Palmer is also available. Should I stick with schaubb or pick up someone eles.

You don't drop Schaub at all. He is a top 5 QB for the most part. I can see maybe dropping Vick for a guy like Sanchez with the injury. But I would stay put since Vick's injury doesn't seem to be that severe.

I realize that I don't want to dropp Schaub or get rid of him for that matter. The problem is he isn't producing and putting up numbers. He's only had 1 week where he has gotten over 20 points and that was when he threw for like 400+ yards. Vick has been a lot more consistant than Schaubb for the most part. He put up 30 points last week. I understand that the defenses he's been up against hasn't been that great. I mean Schaub only put up like 15 points against the Raiders defense. I'm just worried about him. They are starting to turn into a running team with Foster and that's not looking good for Schaub owners like myself. I'll stick with him for a few more weeks and see if he produces.
