Big Baby is restricted but I believe we should at-least attempt a try at signing him or make boston pay to keep him. He showed that he can give Orlando fits with his hustle and ability to hit the mid range jumper. He is young, tough, and can shoot. That is the kind of power forward we need, not just one who can shoot but one who can rough you up a little bit, get physical with opposing bigs, and then step out and stretch the floor with the jumper. It is something that isnt a pipe dream but an actual possibility since wallace has now signed with bean town.

I was actually thinking the same thing and I am surprised no one else brought it up. I read a few articles on hoopsworld that the spurs are supposedly going to offer him the full mle and they think it's unlikely that the celts sign. He would be a pretty good pf for us on the defensive end although he really isn't that quick laterally and that could pose some the whole pick and role problem with shaq. I think if you can sign him and resign Andy that we have done alright this offseason. I think we still have a hole at the 2 position but maybe we could convince kleiza to sign for the BAE.

Kleiza is an RFA aswell with a 2.7mil offer from denver, and the BAE is only 2mil.
