He said in his press conference he thought 60 was a little long at that point.

FWIW Justin Tucker is only 1 for 5 in 50+ FGA so far this season.
They also had a returner back there. I understood/stand why, still disagree with the decision.

Also, there were seven seconds in the clock at that point and a FG attempt would not have run out the clock. If Hopkins misses from 60 the Ravens get the ball at midfield with time for one last play before halftime. A Hail Mary, on the other hand, runs out the clock.

Longer kicks also come out lower (as we had literally just seen earlier with Tucker) so you're risking a block and a return too.

Also if Hopkins misses short and a defender catches it, the Ravens could return it like a punt as well.

I had hand warmers in the glove and the shoes. I put them on in the 2nd quarter, but what I didn’t know - those have to be sufficiently warm to activate. The whole game I thought they were just poor quality. Go to the bar after the game, and 20 minutes later it felt like someone lit a fire in my shoes.

By far the coldest game I’ve ever attended.
I remember going to a game at the old Stadium in about 1968. I think it was against Pittsburgh and Mike Phipps was the quarterback. I was really cold, but my dad had a handwarmer that worked by burning lighterfluid. It was inside a cloth bag. It got so hot, I could only hold it through my gloves.

The old Stadium was open to the lake and the wind off the lake blew over the bleachers and into the stands.

That was a crazy game. Fox switched coverage to the game at the start of the 4th quarter. The rugby scrum and Njoku trucking a defender for ten extra yards were my favorite parts of the win. Well done.

What I think I saw from my couch on Sunday at the end of the game...
Patrick Queen tomahawked Watson's right shoulder while tacking him out of bounds. Watson looked dazed, like he was trying not to show how much it hurt. He sat there for a while and the Browns took a time out. He finished the game but didn't attempt another pass. Probably not a good thing for an injured rotator cuff.

Have to see what the injury report says on Wednesday.

That rule is dumb. It should only be enforced if the Receiver is trying to go out of bounds.

The crowd seems like theres a lot of Browns fans :chuckle:
