I'm looking for a player to show my youth team as an example of good post fundamentals movement and position. I cant use NBA examples due to the isolation nature of the game, need zone movement examples. I'm interested in more expert points of view as i have not seen any college ball this year.

thanks for your help in advance

DeMarcus Cousins and Omar Samhan are two good places to start.

  • Al Farouq Aminu,
    [*]Jarvis Varnado,
  • Larry Sanders,
    [*]Greg Monroe,
    [*]Patrick Patterson,
  • Cole Aldrich,
    [*]Gani Lawal,
  • Hassan Whiteside

I know you said College, but when i watch Leon Powe his feet are really quick. I know he's no taller then 6'7 but he battles and can get layups because of his moves

thanks there are alot of good players in the NBA. The problem i am trying to get accross to my players though is you donts have time to take more than 1 dribble in the games they play, you have to beat the man before you catch. In the NBA players can take a couple of dribbles and set their defender up due to the amazing acuracy of the shooters and the nba rules

Well then take a look at Butlers' Matt Howard. Only recently i've been watching(tournament) and he has some moves to beat the bigger defenders.
