Well at least we didn't move back again.

I don't know how the fuck this works, but for the second week in a row, two teams ranked ahead of the Buckeyes lost and we didn't move in to the top ten. How the fuck does that happen?

We get leapfrogged by Nebraska and LSU and I just don't get it.

Personally, I think the whole notion of the BCS and the national championship game has ruined college football. It used to be that a Big10 championship and a major bowl win would have been a huge deal, now it's not shit because you didn't win the national championship game.

How long until this thing gets blown up?

Some of it has to do with the opponents that they have played so far. Coming off of a win against Purdue and a 1-8 Minnesota is a reason for their current position right now, but as the season progresses the Buckeyes, as long as they win, will climb the charts. Should also note the computers do not take account for margin of victory.

I doubt it will change. Fact of the matter is the current BCS set up is a TV ratings machine. It puts high interest in any top 10 game for the simple fact that every game matters. The bowl ratings also increased last year.

The only way the system will change is if fan boycott and stop watching. Which will not happen. We can bitch and moan all we want, but as long as we tune in the NCAA can give a shit less.

They should have dropped out of the top 10 with a loss like that and definitely dropped below OSU, Wisconsin, and the other one loss teams that lost earlier in the year.

What the hell are you talking about? They are ranked 15th in the AP and USA Today polls and will probably be even lower in the BCS when they come out tonight.

They're 15 in USA Today & AP Top 25. Not sure what you're talking about unless you looked at the polls before they were updated?
