hey guys, here's the thing, i sold my xbox today and I forgot that I still have the stupid one month gold coming out of my account every month. the problem is that I sold the xbox and I don't remember the windows live id or my gamertag to cancel the membership. it's coming up on my credit card. i've looked around online and couldn't find anything. so what are my options? do i have to cancel my debit card with the bank and get a new number and do it that way?? how do I stop it from going on my account! I don't want it anymore!!!

Just call up xbox and give them your gamertag and some info and they will cancel it.

i don't remember what the gamertag is, that's the whole point.

Try calling 18004MYXBOX and explaining the situation. Maybe they can cancel it if you give them your information.
