Mo hasn't been in the playoffs in forever, probably just got too excited about how good this team is when compared to where he came from. I wouldn't make too big of a deal out of it.

I think he's right anyway.

this is kinda mo's personality though he's like "yeah, i'm better and we're better than everyone thinks we are." he's had to have that attitude his entire career, being a second round pick and getting traded to the sucks.

Yeah he did and I agree....It would be a tough road but we are built for this even though we didnt trade....It isnt a big deal but its what you want to hear from your team.

Nothing wrong with a little confidence... we should be in the Finals if we stay healthy and play to our ability. But a Finals appearance shouldn't be the goal, an NBA championship is the only acceptable outcome.

To those who complain about the statement: it's not a big deal.

He's not acting all cocky and talking smack, he just believes in the team and has no reason to say otherwise when asked "will we see you in the finals?".

I didn't hear it, but if true I wish he hadn't done it.

This team should just shut their collective mouths and let their play and record speak for itself. Why give your opponents extra motivation? You can talk all the smack you want after you're holding the trophy.

We will be in the finals! but he also granted a win in the skills challenge...Its not in his hands, he can play the best he can, but the who team needs this confidence! I am pretty sure we will be in the finals, I hope we are not jinxing it :P!
