Thibs doesn't allow excuses or lack of effort to ever creep into his teams and it is awesome. I think it is awesome, and is a testament to building a winning culture. With most coaches losing a D-Rose would be a built in excuse for a shitty season and trip to the lottery.
It's because Thibs' defense is ridiculous. It's the same reason why Mike Brown had dominant teams in Cleveland with only one star player. A coach with a real defensive philosophy racks up wins pretty fast.

It is very impressive. I'm in the Chicago area so I see a lot of news coverage/games with these guys. He gets on them hard every single practice. The fact that he can get NBA players to buy into practicing balls out throughout the entire season is amazing. They have also done an excellent job drafting depth.

A lot of my friends that are Bulls fans wish they'd just shut Rose down for the season and tank since they feel they're still a star away from getting over the hump. Many radio/media personalities agree as well. I'm not sure though. I think if someone can take them down in the East it's them, obviously. Indiana and Atlanta are nothing but small potholes.

Russell Westbrook wearing an outfit that I can only assume allows him to grab antenna signals for his old-fashioned television:

Lol, is it time to sit the starters and let the Charge finish out our season?

I watched the highlights of their game. They cut to him wearing that, commentator: "Does that charge his iPad?"

    Watching Toronto vs GSW tonight.

    ED DAVIS!!!

Wish we had him. He is facing up, shooting hook shots over each shoulder. Blocking shots. Crashing the offensive glass. Playing like a bigger body than he really is, setting textbook picks and just fundamentally as well as athletically ready to be the next pf to break out.

Im pulling for Toronto to get into the playoffs, for more reasons than one (screw you Presti) so his improved play is pretty fun to watch.
