Not always. Doctor said he could take the screws out of my ankle if they bothered me, but if not he would just keep them in. I assume the hand is the same. Could be wrong though.

And his head could fall of in a crazy combine accident. No need to talk about everything that could go wrong with a pro athlete. Every time they step on the court or the field of play they are at risk for an injury. Fact is, it was a minor break, he is almost healed and will be here for 100% of training camp.
