All athletes are assholes.. some to a lesser extent. Get over it, these guys have had the spotlight on them since High School.. some even earlier. They are all tainted.

Kyrie will probably bolt to LA in his first given chance. Not being pessimistic, but being more real with myself.

I know he enjoys LA weather and the bitches, and all the extra shit that comes with LA - but I think more importantly, he'll want to be in Kobe's shadow, who he idolizes and would like to be kept in his corner, knowing Kobe will be around in the Lakers Front Office post-retirement.

Either you've stolen Kyrie's diary and are telling us his deep personal secrets, or you're pulling shit out of your ass.

I dont see the point in obsessing over whether Irving wlll eventully leave. he is here now. he is signed to 2014 that is a team option. the Cavs will be able to sign him for more money than anyone else and most likely if they are competitive the team will be at a playoff level with or without him. The gm has been building around a system that is pretty flexible that can be changed to accommodate a new coach if necessary. 2 seasons is alot of time for this team to progress and very rarely do teams lose a guy from his rookie contract unless the team doesnt want him.

Yes, I'm aware, but I also recognize that it's easy to come off as an asshole when you're in a bar, even if you're a nice person day-to-day.

Nah, Kyrie is actually pretty big on LA. If we're not competing in a couple years it will absolutely be a likely scenario.

Stop and think for a second...

    Fan: Great year Kyrie!
Kyrie: Why are you talking to me?

    You think that happened?

I met Kyrie once at the Apple Store at Legacy Village. I told him I was a big fan and asked for a picture and he took one with me when he was done shopping. He was a very nice guy and he was very kind to all the employees.

He was very kind when I met him in Philly before the game. I told him I was at the draft and saw him get drafted and he thanked me for going. Talked to me and my husband for a few minutes and signed my jersey.
