Building my plank pose to 5 minutes within a month. Started at 45seconds and have gotten up to 1:15.

I haven't worked out for literally like 2 years. And I did for the first official time yesterday, and I held it 1:00 and thought it was the worst thing ever. I wanted to quit at like 30 seconds and after the 1:00 I felt like not exercising ever again

Shock Therapy and White Flood are solid and affordable. I heard good things about Hemo Rage and No Shotgun.

The plank hold is the 3rd portion of my circuit exercise. I'm holding a squat for 1min. I'm going to add weights to the hold, next week.

Just started a white flood preworkout with their purple wraath to drink during the workout...stuff is some of the best out there. Creatine Free, no crash and the pump/endurance from the Purple Wraath is great. Def would reccomend any controlled labs products.

Went to the gym for the first time in months as a last-ditch effort to get some good karma before the lottery

EDIT: You're all welcome. Unfortunately I swore I would go to the gym 5 days a week all summer if we won the lottery. So I guess I'll be a regular on this thread now.

I came up with a workout routine for my Total Gym:

    25 pull-ups
    40 twist sit-ups
    1min squat hold
    1.5min plank hold
    50 jumping squats
    30 cable curls

I reverse this order and do it 3 times.

Those pull-ups are killer. My arms a useless, right now.

I'm going to try and create new routines every week. This in conjunction with Jillian and DDPYOGA and cardio, should put me to where I want/need to be. 125lbs

I made a carrot cake last week, and it's just me. So I was pretty greedy with it. So good, but it's all going right to my belly. Not good.

What're some good exercises to add a few inches to your vertical? I'm 6' and can get my fingers a couple inches above the rim, but I'd really love to be able to dunk.

Blisters forming..... I completly didn't think about the aftermath of 75 pull-ups.

Heavy squats and power cleans are great for increasing vertical. I'd throw in some plyometric stuff, but that's really traumatic for your joints; not sure if it's a smart risk/reward move. That said, if you do add plyos to your regimen: don't do a bunch of reps, don't do continuous jumps (allow for plenty of rest between jumps), and don't do a bunch of reps.

Not sure what you weigh, but shedding some excess weight will result in a smaller object to be put into the air.....
