You're entitled to it. However, these texts show Trayvons current state of mind and that's why they are relevant as to what happened. No longer is he the innocent skittles and tea mascot the media made him out to be and that's only fair for the jury pool to understand.

Zimmerman showed his aggrevation during the 911 call to the point that the operator had to instruct him not to do anything. He was clearly not in a great state of mind. He was determined to "take care of it", and probably did so in his own mindset.

I think I kind of agree. I do not think Zimmerman should be sent to prison for murder but I do think the punishment for playing cop should be enough to make people think twice when going after someone they have no proof committed a crime.

All we know is trayvon was profiled and followed, whooped a fake cops ass and got shot and killed. Whether trayvon doubled back to confront zimmerman is wild speculation. Zimmerman looks like he can prove his case beyond a reasonable dooubt. Just gotta wait for the trial now.

Sanford police did justice no favors in the handling of this case.

I really can't get past the irony of sending a narcotics officer to a homocide and Zimmerman not getting drug tested. I know the narcotics officer might not have any say in that but the irony is still staggering.

Edit: I also don't think Sybrina Fulton(trayvons mother) wanted it to go this far. She went on national tv and stated he should be remorsecul and apologize and that she believes it was an accident. I think the Al sharptons of the world sent this shit into overdrive.
