Is draft pick 4 really going to get us a much better player than draft pick 7-8? We'll likely get the SG we want anyway. I don't understand the need to tank beyond what is already naturally evolving

Every game is exciting because we get to watch Kyrie, Tristan, Gee, Manny, and maybe even Samardo grow as players. I don't get upset with losses and I love when we play competetive. I've enjoyed watching the Cavs a lot this year because of the youth!
I cannot stand when Jamison and Parker take like 45% of our shots though.....
