I started my career with the Bobcats 2nd overall. Went 12-0 before my trade request was "honoured" by trading me to the GSW (didn't want to go there...), and then went 8-0 with them before my trade request was again "honoured" by sending me to the Rockets where we are 8-0 currently. I really want to be traded to the god damn Cavs ffs, at this point I would even take the Lakers... It's really pissing me off that I keep giving them the three teams that I want to be traded to (Cavs, Lakers, Bulls), and they are sending me to everyone but. Three teams in 28 games thank god this game isn't like reality because my player would be seen as a cancer lol. I just don't want to play for a shity fucking team where I have to put up 40/10 for us to get the W is that realy so much to ask?

At least i'm starting in Houston (without Harden mind you, which kind of sucks). I fully expect to be traded to the Magic, I mean why not right i've been traded/drafted by the three worst teams in the standings so far (Houston was 4-19 when I got traded to them lol, GSW hadn't won a game, Bobcats have only won 2 since the trade...).

Edit: What's up with the picks to win thing? I think that's what it's called where you pick the winners of games. Do you get VC if you are right? God I hope so my guy still can't dunk even though his vertical is 99, and his dunk is 91.

10 games into the first season (as soon as you are able to request a trade) I did and was traded to the Cavs. I only put the Cavs on the list of teams.

You should be able to dunk with those numbers u just need to hold turbo when going towards basket.

They had to go the full length of the court.

Wondering the same thing. I picked all the winners right, outside of the Lakers game, and never seen anything happen. So, I usually just ignore it now seeing as how I have no clue what it does.

Also, good luck making contested dunks.. I bought over 100K points, still can't make contested layups/dunks like Durant, LBJ, etc.

Feel you on this one. I played a game in my online association mode, lost in overtime thanks to Jamal Crawford becoming Michael Jordan.

Online team is pretty young, however. Harrison Barnes and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist are my main guys, along with LaMarcus Aldridge - who actually was my first overall pick(26th overall).

Barnes is pretty nasty, along with MKG if you know how to play with them..

did you set your dunk packages? My guy is 6'4, 61 Dunk, 92 Vertical and he dunks on fast breaks.

No... didn't know I had to do that. I found out that you do get VC for that picks of the day thing. I got 120 VC for my picks, I think I had two wrong.

I got the game last night and only had about an hour with it. Is there any practice mode? I gotta figure out these controls a little better.

Theres a tutorial in the game modes under practice, it takes you through the buttons and dribble stick but not the shot stick variation, theres alot to get used to.

Just got my copy, anyone know the best way to spam up VC? is it worth doing or can you level up in my career quickly?

The quickest way? Spend 20 bucks on 1600 Microsoft points, use them all on VC's and you get around 100K.

You can earn VC by playing regular dynasty mode because I find it much more entertaining than my palyer. For every 10 games you get about 8,000 VC and more for the playoffs, season awards iirc
