Re: 2013 NBA Draft
Recent Rudy Gobert action. Looks like he can really move and jump for a guy with his freakish length, but I need to see way more to make up my mind about him.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft

I've been doing a fair bit of video scouting (which tells you almost nothing) before the start of the college season, and I'll be paying close attention to Gobert as well as Isaiah Austin. Both are too skinny, Austin specially, but they're both incredibly long with great athleticism and Austin seems to have a very good jumpshot. Our offense needs a big who can finish consistently at the rim off of pick and rolls, and I think both guys will be able to finish over people as well as finesse it in. Austin seems like he could be both a pick and pop threat as well as rolling to the basket. Both seem to have very good shotblocking potential as well.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft
The OP should be updated with mock drafts, rankings, and player information on who's going to enter the draft regardless. I think that will help a lot.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft
It's worth noting that four of the top 10 ranked player in the HS class of 2014(Andrew Wiggins, Noah Vonleh, Wayne Selden, and Dakari Johnson) have reclassified into the 2013 HS Class, meaning these will be kids will more than likely be in the 2014 NBA Draft. This could be important to us as the Kings pick is top 12 protected in 2014 and as long as Cousins doesn't completely implode, the Kings are looking like they could sneak into an 8th seed(or just below) by next year.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft
I'm not trying to overreact here, but if last night was any indication... if Andy can stay healthy this season, I highly doubt we will be seeing a top-5 pick this season.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft
But Chris Grant and the rest of the organization truly believe in the rebuild. If Andy's still doing well at the half mark and we have 20 wins or less, there's no doubt they'll be shopping him so they can reap in the rewards for the future.

Re: 2013 NBA Draft
Watching the highlights of Tony Mitchell, I can't help but think that he's the prospect Chris Grant had in mind when he drafted TT. If you can work on his motor and basketball IQ, he could be incredible.
