The kid is also 240 and and has a 7'1 wingspan. He's big enough for the PF. If we could get someone out of this draft at the 4 or 5 that could help stretch the floor and open up the lane a bit, that would be huge for us.

Not saying Bennett is the answer or anything, just saying the kid intrigues me.

Doesn't help the Cavs much, but I really like Michael Carter-Williams. Jump shot is a bit iffy but apart from that he's been incredible this year. Maybe we can draft him to back up both guard spots and possibly play a 3 guard lineup at times but that's a bit of a stretch. Still, he's playing really well.

This is basically how I feel about Brandon Paul.

Noel On Pace To Break Rondo's Single-Season Steals Record
    Dec 14, 2012 8:32 PM EST

Nerlens Noel is on track to break Rajon Rondo’s record for most steals in a single-season at Kentucky.

Rondo set the Wildcats record with 87 in 2005.

Noel is averaging 2.7 steals per game and could eclipse Rondo’s mark by the end of this season, provided the 6-foot-10 center keeps up his current pace.

Noel also averages 3.6 blocks and 9 rebounds in just under 31 minutes per game.

Watching IU V butler. Cody gets outmuscled for rebounds frequently and hasn't looked strong down low.

My dream draft would be to get Alex Len with our pick and then Possibly trade up with the lakers pick (depends on position) and pick up LeBryan Nash

I would need to thoroughly pepper my angus if this were to happen

Nash is being projected as a very late first rounder. I doubt we would have to trade up (unless it was with our 2nd's) to get him.

After Noel the two guys I really want are Poythress and Bennett. Having an athletic 4 man who can go score and take his man off the dribble would be a fantastic addition alongside Irving and Waiters.

Also, I mentioned him early on in this thread and saw someone else bring him up recently, Doug McDermott. At worst I think he can just be a stronger version of Steve Novak.

Do you think Poythress could also play small forward in the Nba? I havent seen a game of him so far, cause I dont follow college basketball that much except for some highlights and box scores...

When in doubt, step up the defense

Maybe? I'd rather have him as my PF though. With Waiters and Irving being plus ball handlers I don't think we need a big time SF. I'd really just like a dead eye shooter at that spot.

I don't really see Poythress as a PF. I thought it was good to have your SF have a post game.

Anthony Bennett reminds me of Jason Maxiel.
