Everyone on this site would be sounding off still if the Browns didn't pick in the first round this past draft. I don't even want to get started.

I haven't been on this thread in a while; was about to post the Grantland article, but you guys are miles ahead of me on that front. I like how Ray Farmer is the stabilizing force among the mercurial LomBanner.
I'm pretty sure the marquee team was San Fran; perhaps they were the team that had Mingo rated #1? Those two 1sts would be pretty awesome assets to have, albeit at #31/32.
It seemed to me like the trade down was pretty much set, and they were pleasantly surprised that the early run on OTs left Mingo on their laps.
