They're also a pretty cool group of guys that all connect well with fans and can develop a following.

The big thing to take away here is how much the culture feels different with the Indians right now. There were no real "leaders" on the Indians last year. Listening to Antonetti and Francona and Swisher now, they all seem like one big happy family who can't wait to start the season. Playing with that kind of energy day in and day out goes a long way to producing wins. It comes from the top, and it shouldn't be taken for granted that Swisher would not be here if Francona wasn't the manager.

MLB Network needs a show like NFL "Hard Knocks" and NBA's "The Association". Indians would be a good candidate for it with Tito as the manager and those players your just mentioned.
