Re: RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13
Congrats, goat. Kicking myself for getting drunk last Saturday night and not making any transactions to pull out a win against CZ. I would've beaten goat had we played this week. Maybe i'll quit drinking next season.
I'll take 3rd place after getting an autodrafted team.

Re: RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13
Thank you. Very different path this year where instead of trying to maintain regular season dominance it was hoping to peak at the right time with a team that ended up being led by kawhi, isaiah, hawes and rubio, who all played like top-50 commodities. Glad I didn't need Wesley Matthews to hit 6 threes in a row to win like last year.
Going 2/2 is certainly sweet, couldn't hope for more obviously, but it only ties me with you and Karma for 2 rings so there is still work to be done.
Love how you can go back and look at all-time standings with yahoo. That's a clear advantage over ESPN. I was curious if Keys had the most dominant regular season ever as it was better than mine last year, and indeed it was with a win % of 67.7%, which is about equivalent to winning 9-4-1 every week. Also an interesting bit of info is that the regular season winner has won 4/9 times and the winning seeds have been 1, 2, 4, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1, 5, making me the lowest winning seed this year
.
Anyways, a good year indeed. This is an awesome league and i have a lot of respect for everyone, i just hope you guys don't mind fighting for second every year

Re: RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13
Paul George picked one hell of a two week stretch to suck butthole. I waited way too long to drop Chalmers, and also completely whiffed on my last second pickups while Max nailed it with Steve Blake. Oh well, fourth place is all mine for the third time in four years.
Well played, gentlemen.Last edited by Randolphkeys; 04-08-2013 at 03:31 PM.
You were the one who thought psychopaths were so interesting! They kind of get tiresome after a while, don't you think? ~Christopher Walken in Seven Psychopaths

Re: RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13
About the money league issue. Yahoo has that option for fantasy football. Not sure if there's an option in basketball where everyone has to pay by XXX time, and some paypal escrow thing holds the money until the end of the season.
But I hope to be back next year. I need revenge. Please draft Alex "What if Paul Pierce were a 7'1 white center?" Len
Don't care how Grant, just make the shit happen.

Re: RCF Fantasy Hoops Vets League 2012-13
How did my team end up finishing? For whoever took over for them.
Sorry for whoever didn't know or if Kyp didn't tell you, work has been a bitch lately. In sports sales and our main contracts are baseball, so just couldn't keep up with it.
Hope whoever took over kicked some ass.
Good job, goat.

Yes, congratulations supergoat. I wish I could have made it a little more competitive, but alas, I knew it wasn't going to happen.
2nd place for the 2nd time in 3 years. Maybe next year...
