    Looks like their Rotation is shaping up nicely
    If we call an older woman chasing after a younger boy a "Cougar"....... Is it safe to say that we can call an old man chasing after a younger boy a "Nittany Lion"???

    Ummm..no...stay away. Mariners fans have been hoping to see Figgins DFAed for the last 2 seasons.

    Finally....although Mariners 3rd basemen free agent signings have never been a strong suit (dating back to Jeff Cirillo)

    Evan Longoria has agreed to a $100 million contract extension that could keep him with the Tampa Bay Rays through the 2023 season.

    The deal maintains the terms of his contract through 2016 and then tacks on six more years for the $100 million. The team has an option for 2023.
