Diving into open water to get the skin of the shark you just killed is terrifying.

Read this thread yesterday before I picked it up so was stressing out when I was getting my shark skin.

As soon as I get my skin, a shark that comes out of nowhere chomps me on the arm. I must've jumped 5 feet haha

I'm now addicted. One of the best open-world designs I've played.

Plus they are so many ways to play. Stealth is just as satisfying as attacking an outpost with a rocket launcher.

It's really not that hard. Get a boat. Sail to an area on the map with a little shark logo. Happy hunting. The only hard part is going in after your kill.

Im doing one of those Hunting side missions and thats what I have to do. Seems like my arrows do no damage. The location where the mission is has like 6 sharks so jumping in once I kill a shark will take some courage.

Yeah I know the mission you're talking about. Just don't try to shoot the sharks from too far away. Wait until they get in close or move closer to them. Just be careful not to accidentally hit the target shark with the boat. I killed him like that and failed the mission my first try.

Also, just kill all the sharks you can before you dive in. They typically don't respawn right away, so if you clear out the area you should have time to dive in and get your skins.

The worst is when you're staking out an outpost and then a fucking tiger or bear takes you by surprise and you draw the attention of the entire outpost because you panic and open fire on it with a non-silenced gun.

Picked up this game last night. It is pretty awesome. I'm starting to do some side missions now. The map is HUGE.

Make sure to get the relic in the cave your friends are at BEFORE you go to the 2nd island. If you go to island number 2 and go back for it later, you won't be able to get it. So I'm stuck at 119/120 relics until they fix this, if they even do. I'm pissed.

Supposedly they already did:

-Users that have miss the Relic located in Dr. Earnhardt cave will have the relic recover.

Apparently the people who write their patch notes aren't the best English speakers.

Ah okay. Weird that they haven't gotten that patch out yet. It came out a while ago.
