    I think he understand what is the plan. He always say that we are building something special and that he is happy, so i am sure he knows what is the plan.

    Of course Kyrie accepts the plan. Why do you think he was so cool with being sidelined for 3 weeks with his finger injury? If this was the playoffs, he would have been out there. Kyrie just REALLY wanted to come back for that Laker game.
