its simple. libor set bank rates and artificially rased its rate at the first of the month when variables rates are typically determined. this resulted in lendees getting royally screwed on a deal they should of actually been coming out ahead of and beating market rates.

in conjunction bonds have a swap feature from fixed to variable that uses to indexes. one from libro and the other from the bond market. basically the banks screwed our municipalities out off 6 billion dollars.


and worse of all one of the schemers had a son, who killed 12 people. so not only is libor screwing people out of billions of dollars they are breeding killers.

an Inmate from Colorado said the killer was saying he was programmed to kill and was not in his right mind. This is known as mk ultra (not to be confused with Michelob ultra.) The monarch brainwashing technique that conspiracist and Hollywood loves.

Mar apparently was attempting to link those all together by tying in the newton killings but the problem is that newtons killer father works for GE and is more focused on helping the man( GE) evade taxes than some nickle and dime rate fixing scheme.

there has been no creditable report linking newton killers dad with libor at this point.
