Re: Browns "reboot" coaching search
Apparently the Bears are going to interview Singletary. What in the hell could they possibly be thinking?

Re: Browns "reboot" coaching search
Just spoke with someone on the scene and fairly close to the Alabama program.
The word is Saban is so emotionally involved with this team, much different in years past. The belief is it is unlikely Saban leaves Alabama for the Cleveland Browns.

Re: Browns "reboot" coaching search
Nothing on coaching search but I thought this was an interesting note from Lane Adkins from OBR
I was sitting with a Browns player on Monday, a respected, veteran player.
This played talked about how the climate really changed when the new regime took over and it wasn't in a favorable way.
The players seem to overall like Jimmy Haslam.
The players overall do not like or trust Joe Banner.
Everything they heard about him was seemingly true ----- a little man with power and making sure all around knew it. There is an aura of uncomfortable tension.
This player has been through the BS of change in Cleveland and says this has the worst feel to it.
LA
I dont understand why Haslam cant see that Banner isnt respected.Cavs Draft Board

If an older woman who goes after younger men is a "cougar," is an older man who goes after younger boys a "nittany lion?"

Re: Browns "reboot" coaching search
» NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported that the Cleveland Browns have requested to interview Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians. The interview could take place later this week.

The best part of that game last night was Brent Mustberger/AJ McCarron's girlfriend. Twitter was hilarious. Also, Katherine Webb aka AJ's Girlfriend, went from roughly 300 followers to 118,000 over night.

Re: Browns "reboot" coaching search
Yeah, not shocked to see that about Banner. I've been saying it for a while, but I have the feeling he's going to be the eventual downfall of the new regime.
His presence is going to prevent good hirings.
