So Elliott officially signed. I don't keep track of recruiting as much as some of you guys do, but how is the RB situation going to sort itself out? Will Dunn have a major role?

Huge week for the Buckeyes. Getting Wilson, then Clark, THEN Bell and keeping Elliott is the strongest finish to a class that I can recall.

Townsend's issue is about the number of scholarships. They're at 82, and are waiting for someone to leave. He wasn't having second thoughts, but rather they are telling him to hold on. Whether or not he sticks around is another matter.

Sounds like, from what I've read, Meyer didn't expect to get Clark, Wilson and Bell while retaining Elliott. When that happened, Meyer didn't want to sign Townsend and "over-sign" so he asked him to wait for something to happen to the roster. Once Townsend got that impression, it sounds like he soured a bit on Ohio State. It sounds like he's going to Florida (at least on Twitter this morning), so I bet there was an uneasiness about going so far away as well. A slightly less than mutual split, but it is tough to get everything.

Drew Basil can pull double duty. Frank Epitropoulos was also an all state punter in high school. I'm not exactly worried.

Sucks about Townsend but not sure what you do when you land Bell, Clark, Wilson and Elliott.
