Meh, I don't get the attachment to names of facilities that aren't exactly classics. Fenway Park? Yankee Stadium? Understandable. Old facilities with lots of charm and history. Jacobs Field? Meh. I would rather that the owner of the team be looking to maximize revenue. I would rather, too, that the name of the facility stay with a local company, one of the largest employers in the region. One of the big businesses that has stayed in NEO. I like this better than an Internet company sponsoring the name of the team, then getting a silly nickname. Frankly, I don't get why fans would not want to see the Q get a name change- all it makes me think of is abandonment, failed expectations, inability/unwillingness to sign your star players and years of rebuilding.

    I'm on board with this.

Progressive has brought a ton to the NEO area, while Dick Jacobs was for the most past a mediocre owner until the Browns left town before selling the team prior to them losing a huge chunk of their market share.

I feel like Edddie in Christmas Vacation.

Every time I read the Indians are worth 500 million, I piss my pants and forget who I am for about half an hour or so.

I really should change my username to "ImWithLarry"
Dave_K to replace PIP as moderator in 2013
