2019 Around the MLB

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Shades of the early '70s Indians agreeing to play 30-some regular-season games in the Louisiana Superdome before Nick Mileti bought the club and quashed the agreement.

Eddie Rosario pulled up lame in the Twins game. Looked like a ankle or hammy, couldnt tell. Whatever it was it didnt look the greatest.

Twins are starting to come back to Earth while the Indians overall are starting to live up to their potential. This should be a fun month since if we are close to the twins with some free cap to spend and a good farm system, I think we may go for the division, not just the wild card.

There were a ton of people on here who like to drop to their knees for the Astros and say that Cleveland simply cannot compete with them.

Anyone been watching that team the last few weeks?

It ain't great, folks...

Swept by KC, Lost 3/4 to NYY, outscored 24-2 the last two nights vs. Pittsburgh

It was the Reds, not KC.

Tyler Skaggs passed away, wow. 27 years old, starting baseball games, and poof, gone.

To go along with that the guy just started on Saturday and would have pitched this series finale on July 4th. Not surprisingly the game that was scheduled tonight in Texas has been postponed.

What happened with Skaggs is shocking, no one in sports wants to see that at all! I wonder if he had the same issue Kile did all those years ago when he passed away.

Bell is 26, going into his prime, his defense does suck, speed isn't great, but his bat has improved this season overall and he isn't EE with the HRs normally, but on any given season he can hit 25+ HRs. He is better in the AL than DL but he is not as bad as that scout is saying at all.
