Corey Coleman

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Then you don't really have a point?
Coleman's YPG and RPG stats are better than Higgin's. When Coleman is healthy, he outperformed Higgins. Nobody else seemed to have misunderstood.

Probably because nobody takes your posts seriously. It's such a futile sample/stat; it tells us nothing really. I'm not quite sure why you're going Kevin Bacon with Corey Coleman the player...

Personal attack aside, I was responding to the original post that said Higgins outperformed Coleman which is a futile take. A week ago, people on here were saying Higgins wasn't going to make the final cut over Coleman.

At least mine was straight-up instead of veiled. All that aside, the original take is futile. Agreed. I did not see any post quoted.

Seems to be the prevailing info on the trade. Coleman was not in the right spot at the right time. Seems like he just didnt know how to lineup/run routes/read a defense.

So, from everything I've gathered thus far... Corey Coleman:
  • Is injury-prone and oft-injured
  • Is undersized relative to the position average but oversized compared to Gary Coleman
  • Had poor dietary habits
  • Lacked fundamental knowledge of the position (including - but not limited to - where to line up)
  • Refused to fight through contact on multiple occasions
  • Was out past curfew with Kenny fucking Britt and was subsequently disciplined by the team
But yeah... shocking that we didn't get a third round pick.

I find it interesting that "the Browns may have just made a bad trade" isn't an option.

Not exactly driving the Coleman bandwagon but a 7th round pick for a guy still on a rookie deal? Who produced at atleast an average clip while sustaining a slew of injuries?

Maybe something comes out that makes this make more sense but I don't get it given the landscape of the position. I would have rather auditioned him for 4 pre-season weeks and then just cut him vs. going in to camp, giving him meaningful reps and then trading him prior to a better evaluation period opening over the coming weeks.

Again, I'm not going to get too worked up over it....I just find it really strange when looking at the complete picture.

For the record...I hate the Browns, but I like that they took an impact player on the offensive side of the ball.

What other WR's are good picks at 32, if any? Or do you go pass rush and then WR later?

This was a terrible post, but there were so many that were terribler

Okay, so if he lacks an adequate fundamental approach does this mean player development also failed? Makes me wonder just how much he wanted to be coached — or how much those wanted to coach him.
