How do you cook it?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
But seriously, who here hasn't thought about sex with scrambled eggs?

Tried mayo biscuits this morning. Just AP flour, baking powder/soda, salt, sugar, milk and mayonnaise. The lightest, flakiest biscuits I've ever made. The sawmill gravy I made still needs work.

Bundt pan roasted chicken:

Cut potatoes, carrots, onions and lemons.
Place them in pan and mix with salt/pepper, garlic and olive oil.

Take whole chicken and place it over hole in the middle of the pan. Cover with salt/pepper and olive oil.

Toss is in the oven at 425 for about 60-70 minutes.

Fuck no. Scrambled eggs looks like something you'd find in a dirty bodily orifice put under a microscope. It tastes great but I'd never want to touch it with my dick. And condoms don't count when fucking food.

Sounds real good. I do roasted chicken in a crock pot. What I do is place the whole chicken in then use Cream of Chicken soup (instead of water) and sometimes do a cajun dry rub on the chicken.

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I made some beef and Guinness stew:

Pretty simple. A sixteen ounce can of Guinness, 32oz of beef stock, three pounds of beef roast, two points of potatoes, four or five carrots, two onions, five cloves of garlic, a bit of tomato paste, some flour, and a bay leaf and some thyme for seasoning along with, obviously, salt and pepper. Turned out fantastic. Probably the best soup/stew I've ever made. May add some mushrooms the next time I make it and will probably serve it over mashed potatoes like they did with the Guinness stew I had in Dublin.

Editing to add instructions in case anyone wants to make this themselves:
Cut the meat up into small chunks and brown it in your stock pot with a bit of olive oil. I did it in two batches. Set it aside when done.
Cook the onions for five minutes or so. Should be plenty of fat from the beef in there so no more oil is needed. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Toss in a third of a cup of flour and stir until it coats the onions.
Pour the Guinness in and stir it up for a minute or two.
Add the beef stock, beef (and any juices that accumulated on the plate with it), carrots, potatoes, tomato paste (three tablespoons or so), bay leaf, and half a teaspoon of thyme.
Cook that shit for two hours or so. Remove the bay leaf.
Crack open a Guinness and enjoy.

My new favorite preparation for chicken:

Buy the big pack of chicken thighs, divide them into freezer bags depending on how many you cook for each meal. In each bag put 1/3 cup of teriyaki, teaspoon of sugar, teaspoon of rice vinegar, one or two cloves of minced garlic, a half inch of minced ginger, and a healthy glug of sesame oil. Wait like an hour before the sesame oil. Then freeze the bags.

The morning you want killer chicken, pull the frozen bag before you go to work. When you get home, the Asian flavor completely permeates the meat and the sesame oil coats the chicken. Pop that chicken in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes at 375 and you have crazy good chicken thighs.

Bought an Instapot electric pressure/steam/slow cooker.

Cooked my corned-beef in 50 minutes plus 20 minutes steam-down. 95% as good as slow cooked. Well worth it for the 3.5 hours it saved in cooking time.

It always makes a great stew, pot roast etc.

I don't use my pressure cooker nearly as much as I should. Sometimes I forget I have it.

I had a chef make me shrimp fettuccini alfredo last Monday. It was incredible. I had the opportunity to watch how he made it. He even left the extra ingredients, so I was able to replicate it. Not quite as good, but close enough. He cooks, I bake. I made the Applebee's blondie (which I renamed the Walter White) with the maple butter sauce to top it off. It was such a delicious and fattening experience.

I got this one:

Definitely racist. While I was reading it, a complete "What the fuck is this shit!?" was going on in my head. I can't tell if this is supposed to be a joke or not. Either way, it comes off as racist.

The end!
