I may get crucified for the suggestion but it's what I think this team needs.

He says he's happier now in the booth with more time for family and all that but is there any chance we take a chance at bringing in Bill Cowher. I love the dudes attitude and his hard nose style is what a young team needs. There are a lot of things going on with this team that I don't think he would tolerate and would change quickly.

He's also got the Cleveland ties and the pedigree. I know it's a pipedream but always liked the way he does business

I really do love McDaniels as a HC.

What he did with Tebow at QB is nothing short of miraculous and it’s clear he is an excellent offensive mind.

The last time we heard sources on dorsey they said he really like Allen, even though dorsey had his mind set on baker earlier in the year. I kinda doubt this one, but I do hope they make a change at HC.
