JR Smith

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
For JR, it's all mental (even though he is aging and isn't what he once was).

Unlike TT (apparent physical decline from injury), JR still has the physical talent to be a force when his head is in the right place.

Playing JR is like playing Russian roulette with a round in 5 chambers out of 6. Sure, you may get lucky to get a chamber that doesn't have a round in it. Odds are, though.....

I didn't watch the game as carefully as I am used to. How was his defense? The announcers were saying he was getting after it?

Pretty cool.
If they play Golden State again I'll let the Cavs borrow my pups:

JR questionable tonight vs Pelicans. What now, too much Easter candy? One decent game and his work is done in his mind.

It's still a really simple equation.

He's either hot as fuck or you bench him

Yoi know which he is within 3 shots. Then you either bench him or use him way more than we are.

Dude's content to have 1 good game every 6 now; the rest of them he's a wannabe flashy passer making a torrent of stupid plays with inadequate defense.

Cavs got straight punked by this clown.
So you havent watched the last 20 games or so?

I’m surprised there are zero posts on this thread since Game 2. JR came up big. He played hard in 35 minutes with 2 steals and a block despite only 5 points. This is the defensive mentality we need from him.

Can we call him Playoff JR when he exhibits this type of defensive intensity?
