Let it all out. The Cavaliers Rant Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The guy has 50,000+ minutes on his legs and is expected to play at a god-like level for this team to be able to compete for a championship. I don't think it's unreasonable for him to want a little rest from time to time

This is not him being tired, bro. I've been the first one to give LeBron an excuse, when he's tired. I've seen tired LeBron.

I've watched him long enough, where I can tell which mode he's in.

He's in disinterested, pouting, not giving a fuck mode right now.

It's not the first time he's done this, it and sadly, probably not the last either.

He's a drama queen. When he's not happy, he wants EVERYONE to understand.

It's childish if you ask me. And as @The Red Viper points out its part of the baggage of LB.

I'm not saying fuck off, leave, etc... By damn, he should be called out for this!

It's pathetic. It's poor leadership. He just comes across as extremely spoiled and narcissistic.

I agree that he likely has an agenda right now. If I had to guess it would be dealing the Brooklyn pick. I wish that he would knock it off, but it is what it is. That's just the kind of guy LeBron is. He'll snap out of it sometime soon and be back to the same old LeBron.

cmon...15 years of being superman and we 're turning on him...wow

He's just a spoiled guy though. Trade the Nets pick for him, but don't commit to us either.

If that's his agenda. I say fuck you.

This guy is a fucking asshole. Let's just say it.

He's a fucking asshole, but a great fucking asshole at basketball. So got live with it.

I guess not everyone is lucky enough to have a player with superstar talent and that Tim Duncan humility as well.

I don't even expect that. I just wish he'd stop being such a whiny cunt all the time.

Weird things happens during LeBron’s last year with a team. The passive aggressive tweets were annoying but that was his way of bringing light to an issue he felt needed to be addressed. I’m getting a defeated vibe from him this year. The revisionist history with Kyrie and the comment about this season being the hardest (2011 Heat and 2014 Cavs we’re certainly more difficult) has me scratching my head.

Love Lebron but I hope he isn't blind to the part he played in our current predicament.

If it's also true that the Bledsoe/PG trade broke down because he wouldn't commit, then he really can't complain

LeBron shouldn't tweet out an apology for poor play.. he should tweet out an apology for being totally apathetic about even remotely playing the game of basketball the right way. I know what I saw tonight.. I saw him literally just standing there, arms at his side, unmoving on defense... multiple times. That's not 'poor play'. That is stealing his game check money. That is a middle finger to paying customers.

If he needs a break, he should ask for it. But it's hard to fathom just how not fun this is to watch. I sat there last night and while wasn't rooting AGAINST the Cavs, I was literally 100% uncaring if they won or lost. Magic missed so many shots in the last 2 minutes... Cavs truthfully are astoundingly lucky to have won. That W represents nothing to me.

I'm just tired of this drama he brings. We as his fans have seen the absolute highest of highs and lowest of lows. It's a bipolar fan experience like no other.

It would be nice to pull off a blockbuster and give Bron some time off.

This team needs a trade in the worst way. A spark.

I was curious if that was the case looking at the box score.

For those who didn’t watch, what was he doing? The old “I’m gonna jog around and just pass the ball to people as soon as I get it” schtick?
I saw it and I thought this is a guy with the highest level BB IQ yet he's making stupid mistakes..blantant mistakes.

If he's trying to prove something, I've always said thats not the way you do it.
If you want something go to the FO and voice it..stop with the destructive play and messing around.

Was he purposely trying to lose the game against the Warriors on monday? Why would he pick out a non national televised game against the Magic, a game nobody outside the respective fanbases is watching, to prove a point? Why wouldn't he just let the Warriors beat the living hell out of this team to let the whole basketball world see that something needs to be done? If he is really trying to force Gilberts hand, why this game?

You guys act like you are the only ones who have watched Lebron play over the years. I watched him too. Almost every single game of his career, that is. You wanna know what I see?

1. He is obviously frustrated, not going to deny it.

2. His shooting has been off this whole month and I mean WAY off. It's just brutal right now.

3. He has not quite figured out how to play with Isaiah Thomas. Since he came back, Isaiah has been taking more shots than lebron as he is trying to get a feel for the game again and lebron is at times hesitant ( as has been noted by others that he passed up easy bunnies at the rim).

Could it be that Lebron, who if you really watched him play in his career like all of you claim you did, is overhinking things? Is letting all the outside noise ( don't forget: it was reported that players on this team have complained about his play) get to him a little bit too much? I mean, is that really that hard to fathom? This man choked away a whole finals series ( and it could have been two if you count the spurs series in 2013 where it took him 5 games to realize that he has to trust his jumper) because he was overthinking the situation.

Come on guys. People out here calling for a suspension, my god. Grow up. But yeah, I'll bet this franchise would be better off without him. You've seen all the banners raised up the Q. Whew, he should be lucky to play for a storied franchise like this. And the fans. Man o man. They are so unbelievably loyal to the best player that will ever dress up for them that they even would excuse a bad 2 week stretch in his 15th season after he brought them their only championship.

Clowns.

That trade never was serious enough to break down. Phoenix was never interested in trading #4 for Kyrie. They knew he would likely never resign there.
