Is there a chance he's already a silent commit?

Okudah?

He's the one who recruited Browning and is currently recruiting Marvin Wilson, according to quite a few people...

100% lock, has been for a while too.

Werner committed today.

Also, there's a whole lot of chatter regarding Ohio State and five star CB Darnay Holmes right now. If he commits, Ohio State would probably have the greatest secondary class ever.

Darnay Holmes is a stud. Don't know how we get him out of California but he should be a future pro.

#2 ranked player in the nation, OT, all thought was almost a lock to Michigan................................

nope.

Wade USA Today defensive Player of the Year, leads OSU commits

The “2016 ALL-USA Today Team: Defense” is out. And the star-studded group is led by future Ohio State Buckeye Shaun Wade. The 5-star defensive back has been named “Player of the Year.”

During Wade’s senior season he made 63 tackles, intercepted seven passes, accounted for 690 all-purpose yards, and had six receiving touchdowns in leaded Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian to a state championship.

Wade joins a very prestigious list of past winners of the “Player of the Year” award. That group includes current college players Jabrill Peppers, Trent Thompson and Rashan Gary as well as current NFL players Su’a Cravens, Mario Edwards Jr., Jadeveon Clowney, Lamarcus Joyner, Manti T’eo, Patrick Peterson and Gerald McCoy.

Wade was not the only future Buckeye honored. Making the second team were defensive end Chase Young and linebacker Baron Browning, both 5-star Ohio State commitments.

In addition to Wade, also making first team were defensive back Jeffrey Okudah who will announce his college choice at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Jan. 7 and is considered by many to be a huge Buckeye lean.

Ohio State defensive tackle target Marvin Wilson is on the first team as well. Defensive back Darnay Holmes, who like Okudah plans to announce at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and is thought by many to be a Buckeye lean, is on the second team.

Urban is definitely the type of guy to hold a grudge, and from most accounts that bridge has burned to the ground.

Kevin Wilson, fired IU coach, would be a name certain to pop up offensively. Defensively I'm not sure, but I've got a pretty good feeling it wouldn't be Strong.

Bump from Dec. 1

You may understand why soon.
