If the assists do not translate, that would be a shame on Lue(I actually expect better numbers).

assist numbers potentially should be much better in the NBA-like you said, that lies on Lue(system,how much Cedi has the ball in his hands as the bh).

Lane is all clogged up in Europe. Damn, Luca Doncic should be able to feast.

The stats show a very efficient scorer and a very active player (does a little of everything else). Let's hope he works on his free throws and continues with the improved shooting. I love him going to the hoop but he needs to capitalize on his drives where he gets fouled and knock down some 3s.

I really don't get the detractors. With proper playing time, what does Gordon Hayward have in his skill set that Cedi doesn't?

Cedi has to become more comfortable shooting contested three pointers this season, however Hayward made the same adjustment his first three years in the NBA. I'm very intrigued with how Ty Lue plans on using the players offensively. That is really the wildcard here. All the hate for Ty Lue was really displaced hatred for how LeBron conducts an offense when he is on the floor 38 minutes a game.

The next steps should be:

- playing with the same energy on defense while having more contribution in the offense
- avoiding foul trouble, playing smart
- be the second ball handler, especially P&R
- take care of the body for a long season
- FT !!!!
- Accepting doing some mistakes/bad fails/TO`s and try to stay positive
- Understand his limits playing against the best players in the world, especially great SF`s and adapt himself
