Off the top of my head, I think Dallas, Cleveland, Charlotte and Atlanta will all have max money available. I'm sure I'm missing someone else.
It's such a long way away though. A lot can happen, in terms of salary shifting, in the next 12 months.

Isn't the real problem the increased media attention? Thanks to the internet, Twitter, ESPN, and the like, we now have a 24-hour news cycle where the same stories get played over and over again.
Dwight is probably still a waffler, but thanks to Twitter, reporters are sharing EVERY useless piece of information they can get their hands on. "Dwight wants to go to Brooklyn? TWEET IT AND WRITE THE STORY!" "The Magic are exploring trade opportunities? TELL PEOPLE A DEAL IS GOING DOWN!" "The Cavs have inquired about potentially landing assets in a proposed deal? "TELL THE WORLD THEY ARE 100% IN ON A TRADE!"

No the big dollars are now or never for Dwight. Which highlights the stupidity of trying to bull your way to Brooklyn. Tis has the look of the lakers attempt to nab Paul last year, except the Magic are self policing. It was just a really shitty deal for Orlando from a team that does not have the assets to make it work.
Paul wound up on the clippers, the question is where does Dwight wind up. I think his best situation is LA, but I having a hard time seeing where the Lakers get the assets. Is Dwight willing to play in Atlanta?
Looking at the field, Houston and Charlotte have the best 2013 picks in the house, but Denver has the new York first and could play a role. However, Chicago could be a dark horse in this race. They have Charlottes 2013 first rounder which will certainly be a top ten pick. They have some assets they could move for picks as well. Gibson, Deng and Noah are pretty good players that might net something in the deal.
