Nets will not have the cap room to sign him as a FA next summer either! Howard must re-think his preference list!
If I am Orlando I trade him for draft picks to Houston and cap relief and be done with it.

Houston has a better offer than the Lakers. But anyway. Howard probably injures his back and is out of the league by 2014.

He'll never commit though. That's why the three way deal of Houston, LA, and Orlando sounds more and more likely for all parties involved.

I think this is a temporary reprieve for the Dwightmare. Now that going to Brooklyn is nearly impossible, Howard is going to have to expand his list of acceptable teams. I think we could see this start up again in a couple weeks once the first wave of free agent signings goes down.
Just for kicks, I would rank the possible destinations as:
1. Lakers
2. Hawks
3. Rockets
4. Mavericks

So if Howard is not traded by the trade deadline... how many teams will be able to offer the max? Just curious? If Howard and Bynum are both URFA that may help us!

Dwight's Indecision is questioning my fandom of the NBA. If this league were rigged David Stern would have pulled some strings to make these torturous will he/won't he talk go away. No one cares where he goes... The worst aspect to all of this is that if he chooses not to opt-in to wherever he is traded to, we get to all be subjected to this next summer. It's amazing how far his stock has fallen since the Magic lost to the lakers in the 2009 NBA Finals.
