Tristan Thompson

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He prepares and executes for specific matchups more than the other young guys

EVERY DAMN YEAR people say he's lost something then the postseason comes and he shows up. The reg season is an unplanned series of chaotic up and down possessions. The more methodical style of the playoffs is where his skillset really shines

Absolutely. He's paid for the playoffs and the versatility he brings. Three years in a row is proof enough.
I actually thought this was one of his better regular seasons- and I can care less about his stats during it.

I have been one of this mans biggest supporters in game and I am not ashamed of it. He shows up when needed and teams forget what he can do. He even seemed to improved his game a bit. Play him full time he is a hustle double, double machine. He might me by favorite Cavs player ever.

Such a great player to have on your team when the playoffs roll around. You always know you're getting maximum effort from a guy who will play within his role and be a superstar in his role.

TT has to be a coach's dream.

TT grabbed 23.9% of the offensive rebounds available throughout the series. That's other wordly good. Even the Kardashian Kurse (turned Bruce into a woman, turned Lamar into a crackhead) can't shake Mr. Reliable's game.

Yeah in retrospect it really surprised me at how little of an impact Myles Turner had in the series. Probably the most noteworthy play was that poster he had on Tristan.

Otherwise Turner was bitched around on the glass for the most part.

The only thing I would be worried about is his right hand. He seemed to bobble a few rebounds that he would otherwise snag. Thompson has good hands but his injury has to be affecting his ability to catch the ball cleanly.

Other than that, he was spectacular. He may be my favorite role player in the league. He's a menace on the glass that other teams have to gameplan for. And he played hard on defense covering up for the atrocious defense of the Cavs guards. Any team would love to have him and you guys are lucky he's under contract for the next several years. I wish he was a Knick.

He is a good player. He is very young though. He could be very good going forward. Much more talented than Tristan, but nowhere near the motor.

Same here. I like watching guys that play hard on non-scoring aspects of the game. Defense, rebounding, hustle etc.You can see him bullying guys and shoving into defenders when a shot is about to go up. Can imagine how bad KD is going to get mowed down trying to box out TT. Might get pushed into the cameras on every rebound.

TT dumped Khloe. Time to celebrate.
