Are we still pretending they actually broke up?

When he hit his FTs it took the last bit of life the Raptors had left out of them. They got desperate and it failed immediately.

For those players in the playoffs defending 2.5+ three pointers per game, Tristan is the third best defender:

1. Taj Gibson; 13.8 DFG%; opponents usually shoot 37.1%, -23.3%

2. Klay Thompson; 15.4 DFG%; opponents usually shoot 38.4%, -23.0%

3. Tristan Thompson ; 15.8 DFG%; opponents usually shoot 36.7%, -20.9%

The other two defend (or defended in Gibson's case) more threes, but still, TT's close outs after switching have been great

He's just so good - he switched onto Derozan and other guards and just straight up stonewalled them. As @Chris Parker wrote in his excellent article after game 2, Thompson is the anchor of what the Cavs can be defensively. And when the Cavs are facing a team with elite shooting and complex motion sets, Thompson's ability to switch will become invaluable. I'd actually argue that there are only a handful of bigs I'd rather have than Thompson to face the Warriors. Plodding post-up guys like Valuncinias have no chance against a team with that much speed and shooting.

Be honest, you're jealous of Khloe.

Anyone know when the splint is supposed to come off for Tristan's thumb?

He should work on his mid range all summer. him being a threat from there might make the Cavs that much better.
The spacing with him, especially when players get into the lane is just abysmal and makes it very hard to score when his player leaves him completely to help out.
